Can Health Psychology help me?
Everybody wants their mind and body to work properly. Sometimes our bodies work, but our minds can make it more difficult and vice versa. This can happen to anybody in a lifetime and often we recover on our own or with the help of friends and family. Sometimes however, it can get too much, become more difficult and distressing and can have an impact on our day to day lives.
If you have a physical health problem that is distressing, Jo may well be able to help you.
