I have over 10 years of practical experience working within a variety of NHS and private settings. As a CBT therapist, I work with people suffering from a variety of life stresses and mental health difficulties, including depression, panic, OCD, anxiety, phobias, PTSD, relationship difficulties, work related stress etc. As a Health Psychologist, I also work with people experiencing long-term persistent pain and other chronic physical health conditions, using psychological approaches to offer more holistic condition management.
I have a broad range of experience, working with individuals on a one-to-one and group basis for supported self-help and CBT therapy.
I also provide consultancy services to media professionals and work at the University of Surrey as a Director of Studies. In my leisure time, I am a passionate athlete, I train and participate in running and triathlon events. It is this passion for sports alongside that for Psychology which led me to also work as a coach to help people enhance their performance.
